The Peanut Butter Kiss Cookie holds a special spot in my baking heart. It was the first cookie I ever baked for my now husband, and it is one he comes back to time and time again as a favorite. This treat is wonderful because it is far to too simple to make for all of its goodness. Just like my husband, this cookie never lets you down with its four ingredients that come together at a moment's notice when you are craving a little something sweet. This cookie makes me grateful for my husband each time I make it, and it certainly is one of the Cookspirations for this baking adventure as it reminds me that dreams do come true, you just have to go after them.
